Responses to Sir Ken Robinson’s Education Paradigms VideoJuly 27, 2012
Too often in online education debate somebody links to this particular atrocity against history and reason:
Very often it is done in such a way as to suggest nobody could ever fail to be anything other than impressed at the tired old arguments contained within. I usually respond by linking to several different blogs replying to it. In order to save time in future I will put all the links here on one page.
- From cognitive psychologist and education writer Dan Willingham: Is a paradigm shift really needed?
- From co-founder of Wikipedia and education blogger Larry Sanger: On Robinson on Education
- From teacher, author and TES behaviour expert Tom Bennett: The Box: Shift Doesn’t Happen, Ken Robinson, and the creative epiphenomenal imbroglio
- From me, expert on nothing, Creativity
And now I have a nagging suspicion I have missed one out. If I have, somebody please remind me.
